Free electric mountain bikes. Nothing to fault this hotel and will return. Just remember to turn up with an empty tank of fuel I didn't - it's around 1 euro a litre! The hotel decorated our room as it was our anniversary - lovely touches and service Douglas United Kingdom Reception and check-in was exceptional and very thorough including a tour of facilities on way to the room.
We chose the halfboard option and dinner was excellent and very nicely served. They provided a pass for the use of the funicular on the edge of town, too far to walk unless you are a hiker.

Trip to top is very worthwhile. The stores in town are all basically the same selling duty free watches, cigarettes, perfume and liquor.
The only exception are two sporting good stores The best part of the hotel is the pool areawhich is best seen with the exception of the Hearst Castle in California. The provide robes, towels and slippers.

The only thing that did not meet expectations was the room which was small and basic European Hotel and not really Relais and Chateau. Die Zubereitung und Präsentation der Speisen Vielfalt war ein nicht mehr zu übertreffender Hochgenuss.
